Our products are made of high quality and fine craftsmanship, hence we provide care information to maintain your NAMASYA product.

Maintenance recommendations are also available with each of your products.
1. Store your accessory in a pouch in a dry place away from humidity, moisture and extreme temperatures.
2. Store your accessory separately, and avoid contact with hard surfaces to avoid scratches.
3. Wear your accessory only after showering and applying makeup, hairspray, gels, lotions and/or perfume.
4. Protect your accessory from water, salt water, chlorine, harsh chemicals.

PREVENTING TARNISH ON GOLD-PLATED KUNDAN JEWELLERY

Gold-plated Kundan jewellery can darken or turn black when exposed to chemicals, moisture, and everyday products. Follow these simple steps to keep your pieces looking their best:

Apply products first, jewellery last. Always put on perfume, hairspray, dry shampoo, and body lotion before wearing your jewellery. Allow them to fully dry or absorb before you get dressed. These substances contain alcohol and oils that can accelerate tarnishing on the gold plating.

Keep it dry. Remove your Kundan pieces before washing hands, bathing, swimming, or exercising. Water, salt water, and chlorine are among the most common causes of premature darkening. Pat jewellery dry immediately if it comes into contact with moisture.

Store separately and dry. Place each piece in an individual soft pouch or zip-lock bag to limit exposure to air and humidity. Store in a cool, dry place away from bathroom surfaces. Keeping pieces apart also prevents scratching that can compromise the plating.

Clean gently after wear. Wipe pieces lightly with a soft, dry cloth after each use to remove any skin oils or residue before storing.

We will repair any jewelry purchased through www.namasyajaipur.com. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Repair Fee depends on the nature of repair as well as the material availability.
